Few people know, but there is a makeshift space, given by a company in the region, which has been serving of parking on days when the Tancredo Neves International Airport in Confins, has no vacancy for the cars.

The team of the news site R7 was at the airport on holiday on the 12th of October and received instruction from one of the employees to go to the location of this free parking, since the airport was without spaces available for automobiles.

Some informations still diverge: an employee Infraero said the site is an exclusive parking for airport employees, while another vigilante space said the site has been used when the airport has no vacancies.

The site, called “irregular pocket,” according to the advisory Infraero, has been adapted to meet the quota of vehicles on peak days and times, so the disclosure of this free parking is being made only on these occasions.

Despite not having charging, the area has a vigilant and is under responsibility of Infraero.
